Returns and refunds

Some balls just end up in the bunker.

Products can be Returned within 30 Days of the Delivery Date.

You can return any product purchased on chervo.com within 30 days of receiving your order by visiting: Start your return

Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order.

Simply follow the instructions to request a RETURN.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, excluding any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

The return fee is €65 and includes shipping costs, duties and customs charges.

Refunds are processed once the items have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been verified.

To qualify for a return, products must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached and packed in a properly sealed parcel.

If returned items do not meet these requirements, no refund will be issued and the value of the product will be charged to the customer.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method selected at checkout.
