Return or Exchange

You can return or exchange any product purchased on chervo.com within 30 days of receiving your order by visiting: Start your return

Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order.

Simply follow the instructions to request either a RETURN or a SIZE EXCHANGE.

Returns are free of charge, excluding any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed once the items have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been verified.

To qualify for a return, products must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached and packed in a properly sealed parcel.

If returned items do not meet these requirements, no refund will be issued and the value of the product will be charged to the customer.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method selected at checkout.

Size exchanges are free of charge and may only be requested once for each item included in an order.

If you request a different size for a purchased product, the exchange will be processed once the item has been received at our warehouse and its condition has been checked.
