ABOUT BREXIT

We have received many queries regarding what has changed now that the United Kingdom has left the European Union. Therefore, we would like to clarify how purchases made on chervo.com have been affected by the trade agreement between the UK and EU. As a result of Brexit, any purchases over £135 may be subject to export charges, including VAT and customs duties calculated at 12% of the purchase total. However, please rest assured that: you will not have to pay any of these additional costs upon receipt of the goods, Chervò has decided to protect our beloved customers, like you, who choose to wear our garments on and off the green.


In fact, all orders are dispatched via the UPS Delivery Duty Paid service, which means that we pay any VAT and customs fees. Also, we would like to inform you that Chervò has introduced a minimum spend of £135. We will no longer be able to process any orders below this threshold.


Changes to the returns process

Should you decide to return a garment, your refund will be deducted of the shipping costs and returns customs fees Chervò pays to import the returned product(s). For more information on returns, visit the Return Policy section. Once you have submitted a return request, our customer service team will email the document which is needed for the return process.


Important:

Please hand the above-mentioned document over to the UPS driver. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method that was chosen at the moment of purchase.

Returns and refunds

RETURN POLICY

You may choose to return any product you purchased on chervo.com within 30 days from the delivery. To be eligible for return, all products must be in the same conditions as received, have all their tags and labels attached and be contained in a well-sealed package. If your return doesn't satisfy such conditions, we won’t be able to accept it and refund the corresponding amount. It is not possible to change the size or colour of the purchased items.

Here’s how to ask for a return:
1. Log in to your profile page and click on your “orders”. You’re not registered but want to issue a return? Please fill in this form;
2. Select the order that you want to return and specify which product/s will be returned. Then click on “confirm return request”;
3. Schedule a return collection by calling your local UPS number or by taking the package to your nearest UPS Access Point;
4. Stick onto the package the pre-printed UPS return label you received with your purchase;
5. Hand the goods over to the UPS driver.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned item(s) at our warehouse and evaluation of the goods' conditions by our staff. All refunds are always issued to the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.



Returns are always free for Italy and Europe; for return shipping costs for all other areas, please visit the dedicated section.


Please note, refunds do not include delivery fees, duties and taxes for all non-European countries. Such fees will be accordingly deducted from the refunded amount.

DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day after receipt; please note that delivery times may be delayed during times of heavy traffic.


For all countries where import duties and taxes apply, please note these are determined by the local authorities of the destination country. Chervò cannot therefore predict the amounts due for customs taxes, which must be correctly paid in order for the package to be cleared and delivered. For more information on the import policies of the destination country, please contact your local customs office.

Chervò social media (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) are a place for Golf lovers where to discuss this sport, from most performing garments for every season all the way to worldwide events.


To safeguard a pleasant, interesting and productive environment for the whole Chervò family, we reserve the right to:
1. Remove non-pertinent comments, bound to other companies and / or commercial promotion that are not authorised;
2. Delete offensive comments towards Chervò and all its users;
3. Contact authorities in case of copyright violation, defamation or dissemination of unauthorized third party data;
4. Notify misbehaviour to the platforms themselves, which will take the actions they retain most appropriate.


In order to preserve Privacy, we invite all our users not to publicly share personal information and/or related to their orders.

Payments

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron credit cards, Maestro debit cards, PayPal and Alipay. The amount related to each order issued with credit card will be billed upon shipping. The “Fast Buy” feature is also enabled to allow you to save your credit card information, so you won't have to manually enter the information for future orders.


PayPal: for easier online shopping, without having to enter your credit card details each time. When paying through PayPal, your account will be charged upon completion of the order.


Registration

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

If you register on Chervò, you’ll be able to make purchases and payments much quicker, by setting your delivery and billing info only once when creating your account. This way, you won’t need to fill in your personal info for all new orders.

You’ll also be able to check your order’s status, and track the shipment at all times.

You’ll have access to your complete order history, an be able to manage your returns easily and automatically, as well as check their status.

Furthermore, you can save your favourite products in your wishlist, add or modify your delivery addresses (if you wish to include those of your friends and family) and finally consent to the remote shopping assistance of our Customer Care team, who will be able to access your profile if you need any assistance or help on your purchase or when creating your account.
